1. Acceptance of Terms
Using FoxyNet services, website, or Telegram Bot constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Subscriptions & Unlimited Simultaneous Devices
FoxyNet plans are based on bandwidth allowance and time validity. There are no restrictions on the number of simultaneous devices; you can use your subscription across all your personal devices. Time validity starts from your first connection.
3. Prohibited Uses & Network Protection
To ensure high performance for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension:
- Cyberattacks (DDoS, hacking, port scanning, unauthorized intrusion)
- Unsolicited bulk emailing and spamming
- Phishing, financial fraud, or identity impersonation
- Generating malicious or excessive load on servers
4. Uptime & 24/7 Support
FoxyNet is committed to maintaining high network uptime. In case of network blocks or disruptions, 24/7 support is available via Telegram Bot to provide alternate nodes.
